Time Hacking: Muhurta & Rahu Kaal
When to start, when to pause. Using daily time blocks to your advantage.
What is a Muhurta?
A Vedic unit of time equal to 48 minutes. In daily life, finding a 'Shubh Muhurta' means picking an auspicious 48-minute block to launch your activities.
Rahu Kaal (The Pause Block)
A daily period of about 90 minutes ruled by Rahu (the shadow planet). It is considered unstable and chaotic.
Example / Tip:
Think of Rahu Kaal as 'System Maintenance' hours. Do not launch websites, sign deals, or start long journeys. Focus on routine work.
Abhijit Muhurta (The Wildcard Go Button)
The 8th Muhurta of the day, occurring around local midday. It is a highly powerful auspicious block that neutralizes minor negative influences. Perfect for starting tasks when no other Muhurta is available.
Brahma Muhurta (The Creator's Hour)
Exactly 96 minutes before sunrise. The atmospheric energy is extremely pure and silent. Ideal for meditation, deep study, and planning.
